A Welcome from the Friends of Westgate Primary School

We are a small group of enthusiastic individuals who organise activities to raise funds for extra items and services which enrich our children’s education. Parents are very welcome to join in the numerous fundraising activities and any offers of help, no matter how small, will be enthusiastically received!

Becoming a Friend of Westgate is a great way to get to know other parents. You will also get a useful insight into the running of the school whilst contributing your time, ideas and enthusiasm, all in aid of your child/children’s enjoyment whilst here at Westgate.

F.O.W. MEETING DATES:

We generally meet once a term straight after school. Don't worry about bringing children – we have lots of activities to keep them happy during the meeting!

Wednesday 26th May, 7pm:

Meeting at the Zetland Arms in Warwick, to discuss the Summer Fayre arrangements. All parents/carers and other Friends members welcome!

Friday 25th June 7pm:

Family Treasure Hunt and Bar-B-Q Follow the clues around Warwick town to locate the treasure, then stop by school for a Bar-B-Q! Tickets are £5 per family (2 adults and up to 3 children) and include a burger or hot dog. {;ease purchase tickets in advance from school or a member of Friends.

Friday 16th July (Time TBC):

Summer Fayre: The Circus! Join us for our annual summer fayre after school on Friday 16th July. We will have host of stalls and entertainment, along with our ever popular Bar-B-Q, so why not come along and support this fun event! Entry is free, and there will also be a program of entertainment on the day!
